THE HISTORY
The IdMaint repair centre was originally set up as an internal division of Dacom but has now become an independent company owned by the Esprinet Group.
The objective of IdMAINT is to provide customers with after-sales support, providing personnel and skills to ensure that the experience of using AutoID devices lives up to expectations.
13 specialised hardware technicians and 4 software technicians provide customers with multilingual assistance and hardware and software support as well as offering on-site solutions.
SERVICES
The idMaint offering includes repair services both for products under warranty and out of warranty, either in the laboratory or at the customer's premises. It also offers service contracts with on-site or laboratory repairs: IdMaint Service Care is the assistance programme that guarantees a service that extends beyond the standards and times offered by the manufacturer's warranty.
The continuous availability of spare parts and the use of qualified personnel ensure timely repairs for all products (printers, readers, terminals ...).
